I guess beggar's can't be choosy now can they? :)

I know I shouldn't complain, I mean I should be happy that people like anything I have put up here.  But I must say, it gets rather disheartening when the same things get faved over, and over, and over and they aren't (by my standards) really that great. While others, that I feel are much better drawn get completly ignored.
I understand that deviantart is a community that over all loves fanart, and so fanart of anything popular or something funny will constantly get faved. The joke has been made before, that if you put Sora from Kingdom Hearts in your picture and you will make it to the front page (under the old system, which relied on popularity). Sad but true.
It's alright,I like drawing fanart. Popularity has nothing to do with it in my case at least, if I didn't like the series, I wouldn't be drawing it after all.  I'm glad people like them, I really am! I hope people continue to look and like what they see.  After all, it does make me very happy when I see someone has faved anything I have done.  I just wish that some of my other work, what I would consider better work would get recognised as well (Fanart included).
