I love Neo's whole image and character, but finding pictures of her was hard because at the time since she'd only been in 2 episodes so far. Also she dosn't talk. So I did my best and collected what I could. I think I pulled her off pretty well, though I do make for a really tall Neo ( I'm 5'10!).
The costume was made by me. It is made up of a custom corset, pants, gators and coat. The wigs were bought on ebay and sewn together by a friend who has more experience with that process. The gloves and the parasol were also purchased on ebay.
